These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website and the independent travel reservation services provided by Traviora Travel Solutions LLC. We are an independent travel agency, not a rail carrier, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any rail carrier.

Reservation service

We assist customers with searching train or rail options, making new reservations, and requesting changes or cancellations. Transportation is provided by the applicable operating carrier, not by us.

Fares, schedules and availability

Fares, schedules, seat availability and carrier rules can change until a reservation is confirmed. Carrier terms and fare rules apply to the transportation purchased.

Service fees

A service or agency fee may apply. Any applicable fee should be disclosed before payment authorization. Carrier-imposed charges, fare differences or penalties may also apply.

Customer review and authorization

You are responsible for reviewing passenger names, dates, routing, amount, contact information and disclosed restrictions before authorizing a reservation.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Eligibility depends on the fare purchased, carrier rules and timing. A request is not complete until accepted or confirmed by the relevant carrier or supplier. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payment

You authorize the disclosed reservation amount and any separately disclosed service fee when you approve a transaction. Payment processing may be provided by independent payment processors.
